At Intermac UK, we believe in building long term relationships. In order to achieve this, we’re always looking for ways in which we can provide added value to our customers. The Total Care package not only contributes to our goal but goes beyond the norm within the industries in which we operate.
The warranty schedule that forms part of your contract with us provides guarantee cover for a period of 5 years, or 10,000 powered up hours, whichever occur first.

This innovative package which provides you with:

  • Planned maintenance every 1,000 hours or annually on some smaller models
  • 5 year operator error cover
  • 5 years ‘peace of mind’ though Total Finance
  • Site survey
  • Off-loading and positioning
  • Telephone support
  • Remote diagnostics and support
  • Preliminary Training (User, Maintenance and Programming)
  • Not included are consumables and wear and tear items, as defined in the contract.

This aspect is also of tremendous importance to Biesse. At the end of your 5 year plan, should you decide to upgrade to a new machine, your current machine enters the second hand market with a known service history and reliability therefore protecting our reputation and brand.
