QUALITY AND ASSISTANCE SERVICE

With the constant aim of maintaining high quality standards and the complete personalisation of the finished product, Diamut technicians provide all-round consultancy and technological solutions that back up and accentuate their technical skills and knowledge of the processes and materials.

A team that's always ready to deal with any request for assistance, to resolve any problems linked to the use of the tool.

All reports will be managed as quickly as possible.

The following information must be indicate in the claim:

1 – DIAMUT CODE OR DETAIL INFORMATION ABOUT  THE TOOL TYPE;

2 - REASON OF THE CLAIM;

3 - INFORMATION ABOUT TYPE OF PROCESSING AND TYPE OF MATERIALS USED (eg LAMINATED GLASS ....);

4 - INFORMATION WORKING PARAMETERS USED;

5 - AVAILABLE PHOTO OF THE TOOL DAMANGED WITH THE FOCUS  ON THE TOOL PROBLEMS;

  6 - MACHINE TYPE.
