Diamut at the 2016 edition of Marmomacc
Once again, Diamut confirms its presence at Marmomacc 2016, with a bigger, newly-improved space in the Hall 7 - Booth C6.
A number of key innovations in the world of tools and technology for machining natural and synthetic stone to the event in Verona. Diamut will also be appearing at the Intermac stand with an internal Demo Area, which will feature a number of pieces created using tools guided by the high-precision machines produced by Biesse Group's stone division.
New Original Flash polishing wheels, 100% Made in Diamut – Designed, engineered and manufactured entirely within the factory in Lugo (RA), Diamut's new Original Flash polishing wheels render the company one of the very few manufacturers of tools with the capacity to create profile diamond and polishing wheels entirely in-house. These wheels are characterised by a new series of grains, which serve to improve the results of machining operations (particularly on synthetic materials) as well as prolonging tool life, covering the entire range of profiles in the product catalogue, as well as being available in other profiles on request; Indeed, Diamut can develop this type of tool with any diameter and length, up to 200mm. Improved strength and precision guaranteed, thanks to the minimum production tolerances of the profile. The "orange skin" effect that sometimes occurs with this type of machining operation is completely eliminated, with optimum efficacy right from the start.
Focus on new-generation materials - New-generation materials such Dekton® and other synthetic materials will take centre stage in the Intermac Demo Area (Hall 5 Stand C6-C7/D6-D7); visitors will be able to see and touch the shapes and pieces created by Intermac's revolutionary machines, made using Diamut tools specifically designed for synthetic stone. Indeed, Diamut offers 3 different sets of tools for machining Dekton® and other synthetic materials.
New Diamut disc range for marble and granite - A single goal: improved performance. The new Diamut discs for bridge cutters, arm milling cutters and CNC machines hit the target, thanks to the new alloy used in these components that increases their cutting power. Available in diameters of 350, 400, 450, 500 and 625 mm, with coupling device for Donatoni machines.
Z20 grinding wheels for internal profiling - In order to meet the increasing demand for optimal finishes and reduced machining times for extremely narrow-radius (R10) sink holes, Diamut has developed an innovative range of diamond wheels, with 4 models featuring various grains and 3 polishing wheels with ½ gas connection, all of which allow operators to obtain excellent results.
New Black Storm high-speed milling cutter – Improved and optimised for universal application, the new Diamut Black Storm milling cutter is designed for use on composite materials as well as on traditional granites and agglomerates, and is already available with a 22mm diameter, in 35, 42 and 45mm heights.
New 5S Hi-Speed grinding wheel - A new metal grinding wheel with an even finer grain for improved finishes on granite and agglomerates, available for all profiles in the catalogue, or on customer request.
Made with Diamut – Marmi Meldola, a small big company - Marmi Meldola (Meldola, FC) has partnered with Diamut realizing a Dekton® countertop which welcomes the tooling set dedicated to the Cosentino Group synthetic material processing. “Reliability, speed and quality of results - these are the 3 essential elements of our work, and our partnership with Diamut is instrumental in achieving our objectives”. Tony Bibbò, Marmi Meldola
Diamut, a record first six months – In the first 6 months of 2016, the brand has also achieved satisfying results on the market, recording growth of 26% compared with the first 6 months of 2015.
